This machine is new designed in the year of 2014. The features of this machine is:
1. feeding the seeds autoamtically with conveyor and elevator.
2. saving labors - one people is enough
3. working continuously.
4. suitable for both hot pressing and cold pressing .
5. capacity from 100kg/h to 500kg/h etc. 

How to operate the Automatic with elevator and filter rubber seed oil press?
1. feeding the oil seeds
2. screw conveyor : conveying seeds to the screw elevator
3. screw elevator : elevating seeds to the hopper
4. distrbuting the oil seeds to hopper
5. The oil seeds was feed to the oil press machine.
6. oil pressing 
7. oil flow out 
8. oil cake/meal come out from the oil press machine.
9. oil cake/meal was sent back to the screw conveyor.
10. oil cake/meal was sent back to the screw elevator.
11. The oil cake/meal was feed into the oil press machine again when it still remain little oil.
12. The oil cake/meal was discharged out when it has no oil(dried enough).
13. Here should has a bag to pick up the cake/meal.
 
How to control the cake where to go ? (STEP 11 & STEP 12)
There is a adjusting hand on the machine as it showed on picture.
When push up the handle, the cake/meal will go like step 11.
When push down the handle, the cake/meal will go like step 12.

3. If there is something wrong with the oil extractor machine, please tell us clearly, such as where is broken, take a photo etc. and we will check the reason.
 
If it's a small problem and yourself can handle it, we can take photos, video or use words to help you solve the problem of machine.
If there is something wrong with the spare parts, according to the situation, we will delivery the spare parts to you.
If you can not solve the problem, we will dispatch our engineer to repair it, also will send to you a new machine depends on the situation
